Please read the application procedures carefully before applying. This form may take 20 minutes or more to complete, and has to be done in one session. You will be asked for the following:
- a profile picture
- scan(s) of your professional licenses and diplomas
- passport information
- a witness to verify your application (they will also digitally sign the application)

FIRST TIME APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for the China South trips for the first time you MUST email the China South Team Leader first to make initial contact and request your welcome package which includes specific instructions based on the country you are applying from.
